Dynamic Vinyasa
A rhythmic, heat-building flow with creative transitions and breath-led movement.

I’m Hilary, a Mexican yoga teacher based in Paris. Dynamic flows, conscious breath, and movement that makes you feel good — strong in your body, calm in your mind.
All levels are welcome

Your practice, your pace
You do not need to be flexible, experienced, or perfectly zen. I build every class with clear cues, thoughtful progressions, and options that let you work with your body — not against it.
Come as you are. We build from there.
Choose your flow
Four distinct practices, one shared intention: to help you feel more present in your body.

A rhythmic, heat-building flow with creative transitions and breath-led movement.
Choose this when you want challenge and momentum.
A slower flow with mobility, generous transitions, and space to listen inward.
Choose this when you need movement without pressure.
Clear foundations for breath, alignment, essential poses, and confident transitions.
Choose this if you are starting or refining your base.
An active opening that gradually melts into longer, grounding shapes.
Choose this when you need both energy and deep rest.Swipe to explore the classes →

How I teach
My classes are precise without feeling rigid, playful without becoming chaotic, and welcoming without becoming generic. Breath sets the rhythm; your body sets the limit.

Mexicana en ParísA little about me
I’m Hilary, a Mexican vinyasa teacher living in Paris. Movement has always been a way for me to reconnect — to energy, music, discipline, and joy.
I teach the kind of class I love to take: structured but alive, challenging but kind, with enough attention for everyone to feel seen.
I guide in English and Spanish, so you can practice in the language that lets you think less and feel more.
